the location is convenient as it is close to tower gateway station. other transport links are easily accessible. the room was quiet as it was on the seventh floor, which i appreciated.
i found a few hairs on top of the bed upon arrival. the curtain rods were crooked. some electrical goods, like lamps, were not working properly.

the apartment provided a well-equipped kitchen, it included a kettle and a full cooker. bathrobes were also provided and i found this a nice addition.
the reception staff seemed not up to the mark. there was a policy of no guests in the room, i thought this was absurd.

The location was convenient! i could easily walk to tower bridge and various public transport options were nearby. the room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. i really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff . They answered all my questions.
i found that the breakfast options were slightly limited. i would have liked a wider variety of choices

the shower was good it had nice big towels and robes.
the room faced the railway lines trains operated until 11pm i found this distracting. breakfast was disappointing the eggs and mushrooms were cold. the sausages and bacon were acceptable but nothing special

The noise from the train line was constant. The soundproofing did not work. I was almost charged £1000 for room damage. Staff aggressively harassed me to check out, repeatedly banging on the door and shouting, it was not pleasant
